Our Pinga Partners always endeavour to get your items delivered to you within 90 minutes, and often deliver in as little as 30 minutes depending on the number of items ordered, distance, and time of day. However if you do receive a delivery later than 90 minutes, please get in touch with our customer service team to discuss.
Our Pinga Partners are regular people who live in your area, and are trained by Pinga to choose the best items they can find from your local supermarket. Unlike a delivery service from the retailer themselves, they shop as you would shop. Just how we like it.
We onboard all Pinga Partners and give them training to help avoid this, although we acknowledge that they are human and mistakes do happen sometimes! If you receive the wrong items, please get in touch with our customer service team who’ll make things right.
If a Pinga Partner is unable to find the correct item you’ve ordered, they can get in touch via phone to discuss alternative options (provided that you have given your phone number during registration). If you aren’t happy with any of these alternatives, you won’t be charged for the missing items.
